When you come to our office in La Jolla, San Diego for cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, or just a cleaning, you can expect a warm reception and an expert consultation. Our goal is to make sure that you’re comfortable and receive the best care possible throughout your visit.

A patient can expect when they call our office that we answer the phone in a timely manner. That’s really important to us, ‘cause these days everything is so automated and it’s hard to get a nice voice on the other end. So that’s really important to us and that is what we feel is an important part of starting the customer service that we’re trying to provide. We hope that they feel comfortable when they come in. We greet them. We take care of them as they come back into the opertory and make sure that they’re comfortable and try and soothe their fears if they’re a fearful patient. We have an appointment that’s called a Cosmetic Consultation and this is an appointment where a patient would come in that is considering this type of work. What’s neat about that appointment is that Dr. Weston sits down with them and because he’s done so many cases, he’s able to show them before and afters that possibly have to do with the same thing they’re looking for.
