As the Clinical Coordinator in our office, it’s important to us that we are a team and that we all, at every aspect of the office, click together and do what is necessary for the patient to feel that they’re being taken care of in every place that they stop, from walking into the front door to going into the chair with the Provider that’s taking care of them, to checking out and taking care of what’s needed there. So it’s important that we all work together and communicate to make it a great experience for the patient.
